How it works
Healthcare coordination made simple.
Navigating healthcare can involve multiple organisations, approvals, documents and decisions. Without proper coordination, the process becomes overwhelming — for patients, for employers, and for everyone involved.
The coordination journey
Six stages. One coordinator. No gaps.
24Cure brings every stakeholder together through one connected care journey. From the moment a healthcare need arises until the case is closed, our coordinators manage the communication, documentation and follow-up that make everything else possible.
A healthcare need arises
Every case begins with a need. It could be a planned procedure, a specialist consultation, a hospital admission, a second medical opinion, or treatment in another country. Employees, employers or healthcare providers can reach out to 24Cure to open a case.
A dedicated coordinator takes ownership
A dedicated healthcare coordinator is assigned immediately. This person becomes the single point of contact for the patient and all stakeholders throughout the journey. They review the case, understand what is needed, and begin engaging the relevant parties.
Medical and administrative coordination begins
24Cure coordinates across every party involved. This includes arranging appointments, managing pre-approval requests with insurers and TPAs, facilitating documentation, and preparing international treatment requirements where applicable. Every action is tailored to the specific case.
Every stakeholder stays connected
Throughout the journey, 24Cure keeps all parties informed. Employees receive clear updates. Employers are kept in the loop without being burdened. Healthcare providers have the information they need. Insurers and TPAs receive complete, timely documentation. No one is chasing anyone.
Treatment moves forward
With approvals in place, documentation handled and all parties aligned, the patient receives care. Our coordinators remain active throughout treatment — managing any developments that require further coordination.
Claims coordination and case closure
After treatment, 24Cure coordinates claims documentation, submission and follow-up with the insurer or TPA. We continue managing the case until settlement is confirmed and every outstanding item is resolved. The case is only closed when it is truly complete.
Who we work with at every step
Four parties. One shared source of truth.
Patients and employees
We provide clear guidance throughout every stage, explain what is happening and why, and ensure they never feel alone in the process.
Employers and HR teams
We keep employers informed at an appropriate level while removing the operational burden of case management from HR entirely.
Healthcare providers
We facilitate documentation, approvals and communication so providers can focus on clinical care rather than administrative coordination.
Insurers and TPAs
We manage pre-approval requests, documentation submissions and follow-up — reducing the administrative load on insurer teams and improving turnaround times.
Why this approach works
Coordination rarely happens on its own.
Healthcare is most effective when communication is clear and responsibilities are well-defined. The challenge is that in a system involving five or more separate organisations, coordination rarely happens on its own.
By acting as the single point between all parties, 24Cure eliminates the gaps where cases get stuck — the unanswered emails, the incomplete submissions, the patients who do not know what to do next.
One coordinator. Every stakeholder. No gaps.
One journey · One coordinator · Every stakeholder connected
